7 pin to 6 pin adapter- If your truck came with the 7 pin plug, this adapter is required to work with the Ponderoa 6-pin plug. There are 2 types of these adapters that look identical, but wired differently internally. The correct one states that the brakes are wired to the S-prong. Using the incorrect adapter will cause brake damage and will void warranty.
